Goldsboro City Hall - Phase I

Phase I Involved the addition to the existing historic City Hall building in downtown Goldsboro. Primary attention was given to context, scale, and fitting within the existing urban fabric. Emphasis was given to outdoor spaces and the existing building as the primary focus and anchor. Careful phasing was essential in this project because all city departments had to remain open and operating throughout the entire construction period.
