CCCC Chatham Health Sciences Building

The newly completed Chatham Health Sciences Center for Central Carolina Community College is located along the U.S. 15-501 “health care corridor” and extends the community college’s campus to a rapidly growing area of Chatham County.
With nineteen classrooms and laboratory spaces, CCCC will be able to significantly expand their programmatic offerings and increase the number of students enrolled. The building’s close proximity to UNC Chapel Hill and area high schools also provides opportunities for collaboration with other regional educational and health care facilities. In addition to the educational functions of the building, the building will serve as a much-needed new Chatham County Board of Elections polling place for the northeast Chatham County voting precinct.
