Central Carolina Community College

This project includes the master plan for the 41-acre wooded site which will become the new Siler City campus. Phase I of this project includes a 24,000 sq ft building for classrooms, laboratories, occupational shops, administration, etc. (building 'A' on master plan). This project is pursuing LEED Silver designation and is currently in design development phase of design.
