Eagles Properties Office

This spec office building was designed on a small infill site that had recently been rezoned to accept commercial structures. The owner needed as much square footage as possible within in a building that was easy to construct and maintain. Pre-manufactured roof trusses were utilized with an exterior skin of brick and e.i.f.s. the building was also designed with expansion capabilities on either end of the building.
