Goldsboro City Hall Expansion - Phase I

Phase I involves the addition to the existing historic city hall in downtown Goldsboro. Phase II will involve the restoration of the original structure. Attention was given to context, scale, and respecting Goldsboro's urban fabric. Design emphasis was also placed on creating inviting outdoor spaces and allowing the original building to remain the primary site anchor and focus.
